The result of USD 250,000.00 (€ 214,647.55) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Elie Nadelman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Horse, which sold at auction in May 2012 for USD 842,500.00 (€ 681,413.78).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 250.000,00 (€ 214.647,55) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 250.000,00 – 350.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Elie Nadelman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Horse beobachtet, die im Mai 2012 für USD 842.500,00 (€ 681.413,78) versteigert wurde.
