In the Old Masters and 19th Century Art auction, the work Elegant Figures Strolling On The Upper Deck Of An Ocean Steamer sold for EUR 21,250.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Emile Eisman-Semenowsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait of A Woman In A White Head Scarf; And Portrait of A Woman In A Red Tunic With Gold Trim, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 36,000.00 (€ 53,422.19).
