Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Of A Young Woman by Emile Eisman-Semenowsky was sold in the British and European Art auction at Bonhams in March this year. The price achieved of GBP 2,550.00 (€ 2,901.12) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emile Eisman-Semenowsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of A Woman In A White Head Scarf; And Portrait of A Woman In A Red Tunic With Gold Trim in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 36,000.00 (€ 53,422.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Woman von Emile Eisman-Semenowsky wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion British and European Art bei Bonhams versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.550,00 (€ 2.901,12) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emile Eisman-Semenowsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of A Woman In A White Head Scarf; And Portrait of A Woman In A Red Tunic With Gold Trim im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 36.000,00 (€ 53.422,19).
