Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Edwin Long achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Ancient Custom in May 2000 with an auction result of USD 776,000.00 (€ 831,903.95).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Edwin Long erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit An Ancient Custom im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 776.000,00 (€ 831.903,95).
