Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mujer sentada by Eduardo Kingman was auctioned at Christies in New York in May 2018. It changed hands for a price of USD 13,750.00 (€ 11,782.35) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Eduardo Kingman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sin Título in November 2008 with an auction result of USD 104,500.00 (€ 82,322.36).

Die Arbeit Mujer sentada von Eduardo Kingman kam im Mai 2018 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 11.782,35) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Eduardo Kingman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sin Título im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 104.500,00 (€ 82.322,36).
