Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2019 Christies in Paris held the auction Art d'après-guerre et contemporain, vente du jour, which included the work 2000 by Eduardo Arroyo. It changed hands for a price of EUR 18,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Eduardo Arroyo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Perquisition De St Sebastian in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 96,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2019 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Art d'après-guerre et contemporain, vente du jour durch, in der auch die Arbeit 2000 von Eduardo Arroyo zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 18.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Eduardo Arroyo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Perquisition De St Sebastian im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 96.250,00.
