A top price for Edmund Bille - as previously expected
The work Vue de Miège, 1907 by Edmund Bille was sold in the Swiss Art auction at Christies in Zurich in October 2017. It changed hands for a price of CHF 32,500.00 (€ 27,991.07) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of CHF 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Vue de Miège, 1907 is the most expensive artwork by Edmund Bille that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Vue de Miège, 1907 von Edmund Bille wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Swiss Art bei Christies in Zürich versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von CHF 32.500,00 (€ 27.991,07) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von CHF 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Vue de Miège, 1907 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Edmund Bille, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
