The work Landscape With A Church Spire by Edith Lawrence was sold in the Prints and Multiples auction at Bonhams in London in December 2021. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,785.00 (€ 2,129.13), 49% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Edith Lawrence have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of Eileen Mayo in September 2020 with an auction result of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 17,918.27).

Die Arbeit Landscape With A Church Spire von Edith Lawrence wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.785,00 (€ 2.129,13) und damit 49% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Edith Lawrence auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait of Eileen Mayo im September 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 17.918,27).
