The work Falcon by Ed Mell was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in September 2020. It achieved a price of USD 2,805.00 (€ 2,393.75), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ed Mell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Rock Cloud Drift in November this year with an auction result of USD 38,400.00 (€ 35,203.52).

Die Arbeit Falcon von Ed Mell kam im September 2020 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 2.805,00 (€ 2.393,75) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ed Mell erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Red Rock Cloud Drift im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 38.400,00 (€ 35.203,52).
