A top price for E. Paul Champseix
In April 2012 Christies in London held the auction Vintage Posters and Olympic Icons, which included the work Bandol by E. Paul Champseix. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,905.89), 33% above the upper estimate. With this result, Bandol is even the most expensive work of art by E. Paul Champseix that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im April 2012 führte Christies in London die Auktion Vintage Posters and Olympic Icons durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bandol von E. Paul Champseix zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.905,89) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Bandol sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von E. Paul Champseix, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
