Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2013 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Grand View: A Night in Hong Kong, which included the work Landscapes by Dong Bangda. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 800,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 805,000.00 (€ 76,390.32). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dong Bangda achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spring in Peach Blossom Land in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 38,620,000.00 (€ 4,706,105.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2013 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Grand View: A Night in Hong Kong durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscapes von Dong Bangda zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 800.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 805.000,00 (€ 76.390,32) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dong Bangda erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spring in Peach Blossom Land im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 38.620.000,00 (€ 4.706.105,12).
