Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Dong Bangda was sold in the Classical Chinese Paintings And Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2013. The price achieved of HKD 1,380,000.00 (€ 135,086.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,200,000.00 – 1,500,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dong Bangda achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spring in Peach Blossom Land in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 38,620,000.00 (€ 4,706,105.12).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Dong Bangda wurde im April 2013 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings And Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 1.380.000,00 (€ 135.086,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.200.000,00 – 1.500.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dong Bangda erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spring in Peach Blossom Land im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 38.620.000,00 (€ 4.706.105,12).
