Auction result well in line with expectations
In September this year Bonhams in London held the auction British and European Art Online, which included the work Girl and Beach Huts by Donald McIntyre. The price achieved of GBP 1,024.00 (€ 1,024.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Donald McIntyre achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Trevine No 1 in April 2021 with an auction result of GBP 10,837.50 (€ 12,466.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion British and European Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Girl and Beach Huts von Donald McIntyre zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.024,00 (€ 1.024,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Donald McIntyre erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Trevine No 1 im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.837,50 (€ 12.466,28).
