The work Yoko XIV by Don Brown was worth EUR 18,750.00 to a buyer in September 2012. This price was achieved in the auction Property of the Scheringa Museum of Realist Art at Christies in Amsterdam and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Don Brown - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Yoko XVI - 2006, which sold at auction in June this year for EUR 39,360.00.

Die Arbeit Yoko XIV von Don Brown war einem Käufer im September 2012 EUR 18.750,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Property of the Scheringa Museum of Realist Art bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00 um ein Vielfaches. Für andere Arbeiten von Don Brown mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Yoko XVI - 2006 beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für EUR 39.360,00 versteigert wurde.
