Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,448.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Domenico Purificato - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Gita In Barca, which sold at auction in November 2006 for EUR 22,320.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Fanciulla in riposo von Domenico Purificato kam im November 2003 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.448,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Domenico Purificato mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Gita In Barca beobachtet, die im November 2006 für EUR 22.320,00 versteigert wurde.
