Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Iris by Dmitri Plavinsky was sold in the RebelliousRussian Non-conformist art from an Important European collection auction at Bonhams in London in September 2020. The price achieved of GBP 765.00 (€ 843.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 700.00 – 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dmitri Plavinsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vivaldi'S Music Upon The Grand Canal in November 2015 with an auction result of GBP 140,500.00 (€ 200,121.38).
