In the Escape Artists – The Non-Conformists Online auction, the work Composition with Bull Hide sold for GBP 40,320.00 (€ 46,912.88) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Dmitri Plavinsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vivaldi'S Music Upon The Grand Canal in November 2015 with an auction result of GBP 140,500.00 (€ 200,121.38).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Dmitri Plavinsky erzielte im September 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Escape Artists – The Non-Conformists Online wurde die Arbeit Composition with Bull Hide für GBP 40.320,00 (€ 46.912,88) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dmitri Plavinsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Vivaldi'S Music Upon The Grand Canal im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 140.500,00 (€ 200.121,38).
