Auction result well in line with expectations
In March this year Christies in New York held the auction First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online, which included the work Teddy Pearl by Djordje Ozbolt. The price achieved of GBP 3,780.00 (€ 4,300.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Djordje Ozbolt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Last Year's Fashion in October 2020 with an auction result of GBP 44,100.00 (€ 48,969.29).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Christies in New York die Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Teddy Pearl von Djordje Ozbolt zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.780,00 (€ 4.300,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Djordje Ozbolt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Last Year's Fashion im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 44.100,00 (€ 48.969,29).
