Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 6.875,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dirk Smorenberg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Loosdrechtse Plassen im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 68.500,00.
