Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2024 a collector was able to acquire the work Girl with Rabbit by Dimitris Yeros for USD 512.00 (€ 447.47). This price was achieved in the auction Prints & Photographs at Bonhams in Skinner Boston and was even below the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dimitris Yeros achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Greek Boat, Nude And Olive Branch in May 2009 with an auction result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,159.85).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2024 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Girl with Rabbit von Dimitris Yeros für USD 512,00 (€ 447,47) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Prints & Photographs bei Bonhams in Skinner Boston erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dimitris Yeros erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Greek Boat, Nude And Olive Branch im Mai 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.159,85).
