The auction ended at the price of EUR 1,500.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Dietrich Klinge have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Divad in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 10,965.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit „Kopf 60“. von Dietrich Klinge wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - Online Only 3 TF – 25.9.-11.10.20 bei Grisebach versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.500,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dietrich Klinge auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Divad im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.965,00.
