The work Xteriors Ii by Désirée Dolron was sold in the Contemporary Curated auction at Sothebys in London in April 2018. The result of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 34,166.80) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Désirée Dolron - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Xteriors VI, which sold at auction in April 2011 for USD 194,500.00 (€ 131,232.71).

Die Arbeit Xteriors Ii von Désirée Dolron wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Contemporary Curated bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 34.166,80) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Désirée Dolron mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Xteriors VI beobachtet, die im April 2011 für USD 194.500,00 (€ 131.232,71) versteigert wurde.
