The result of GBP 30,000.00 (€ 34,166.80) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Désirée Dolron - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Xteriors VI, which sold at auction in April 2011 for USD 194,500.00 (€ 131,232.71).
