Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu by Deng Sanmu was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. The price achieved of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 8,031.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Deng Sanmu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 54,050.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Xingshu von Deng Sanmu kam im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 8.031,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Deng Sanmu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy Couplet In Lishu im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 54.050,28).
