Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans titre by David Tremlett was sold in the Belgian and contemporary art auction at Bonhams in Brussels in December this year. The price achieved of EUR 1,088.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Tremlett achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work British Drawing 10 / Africa in March 2010 with an auction result of EUR 24,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans titre von David Tremlett wurde im Dezember diesen Jahres in der Auktion Belgian and contemporary art bei Bonhams in Brüssel versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.088,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Tremlett erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit British Drawing 10 / Africa im März 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 24.750,00.
