Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Kate by David Sims was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in London in November 2017. The price achieved of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 28,378.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Other works by David Sims have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2013 the work Kate Moss, for W, 2006 was auctioned for GBP 32,500.00 (€ 38,848.73).
