Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2008 Sothebys in New York held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Russian Flowers In A Vase by David Shterenberg. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 300,000.00 – 400,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 313,000.00 (€ 201,053.44) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by David Shterenberg have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2017 the work Portrait Of The Artist'S Father And Sister (Pinchas And Malka Shterenberg) was auctioned for GBP 309,000.00 (€ 350,760.97).

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 300.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 313.000,00 (€ 201.053,44) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
