This artwork by David Schulman achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2006. In the Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings auction, the work Wintermiddag, Laren: first snow sold for EUR 4,560.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by David Schulman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A view of Wijk bij Duurstede, which sold at auction in March 2002 for EUR 9,987.50.

In der Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings wurde die Arbeit Wintermiddag, Laren: first snow für EUR 4.560,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von David Schulman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A view of Wijk bij Duurstede beobachtet, die im März 2002 für EUR 9.987,50 versteigert wurde.
