Auction result well in line with expectations
The work F (Jet Grill) by David Ostrowski was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in London in July this year. The price achieved of GBP 12,700.00 (€ 14,817.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Ostrowski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work F (Gee Vaucher) in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 170,500.00 (€ 215,054.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit F (Jet Grill) von David Ostrowski wurde im Juli diesen Jahres in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.700,00 (€ 14.817,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Ostrowski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit F (Gee Vaucher) im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 170.500,00 (€ 215.054,11).
