Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Six Christmas Cards (Tree Fern Heligan; five Untitled) each approximately 11 x 15cm (4 5/16 x 5 7/8in) (unframed) by David Nash was auctioned at Bonhams in London in April last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,657.50 (€ 1,976.51). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Nash achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Charred Column in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 76,800.00 (€ 114,050.40).
