Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cliff Top by David Mach was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Christies in London in October 2013. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,727.97). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Mach achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Silver Back in December 2014 with an auction result of GBP 74,500.00 (€ 95,906.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cliff Top von David Mach wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.727,97) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Mach erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Silver Back im Dezember 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 74.500,00 (€ 95.906,21).
