It achieved a price of USD 655,200.00 (€ 590,642.75), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 31%. Admittedly, works by David Hammons have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 8,005,000.00 (€ 5,883,433.78).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 655.200,00 (€ 590.642,75) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 31%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Hammons auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 8.005.000,00 (€ 5.883.433,78).
