A top price for David de Coninck - as previously expected
In June 2015 Christies in New York held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work A peacock, wild turkey, hares, and pigeons in a garden, a landscape beyond; and A hare and game birds with three dogs, a landscape beyond by David de Coninck. The price achieved of USD 125,000.00 (€ 112,067.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A peacock, wild turkey, hares, and pigeons in a garden, a landscape beyond; and A hare and game birds with three dogs, a landscape beyond is the most expensive artwork by David de Coninck that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A peacock, wild turkey, hares, and pigeons in a garden, a landscape beyond; and A hare and game birds with three dogs, a landscape beyond von David de Coninck zur Versteigerung kam.
