However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by David Seymour - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Prostitute near the Krupp works, West Germany, Essen, which sold at auction in March 2010 for GBP 5,250.00 (€ 5,894.31).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.125,00 (€ 2.419,81) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Für andere Arbeiten von David Seymour mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Prostitute near the Krupp works, West Germany, Essen beobachtet, die im März 2010 für GBP 5.250,00 (€ 5.894,31) versteigert wurde.
