A top price for David Band - as previously expected
The work My Favourite Things (Let It Bleed) by David Band was auctioned at Christies in Sydney in August 2004. The price achieved of AUD 3,585.00 (€ 2,080.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as AUD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, My Favourite Things (Let It Bleed) is the most expensive artwork by David Band that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit My Favourite Things (Let It Bleed) von David Band kam im August 2004 bei Christies in Sydney zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von AUD 3.585,00 (€ 2.080,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit AUD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden.
