The work 'Gallardia' by David Michie was worth GBP 3,825.00 (€ 4,450.48) to a buyer in May 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Scottish Art at Bonhams in Edinburgh and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by David Michie - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Aeroplanes passing by, which sold at auction in May 2007 for GBP 7,800.00 (€ 11,478.23).
