Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two Sisters by Dang Xuan Hoa was sold in the Modern Art Online: From Zao Wou-Ki to Le Pho auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2021. The price achieved of HKD 69,300.00 (€ 7,527.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 90,000.00. Admittedly, works by Dang Xuan Hoa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Life in April 2008 with an auction result of HKD 667,500.00 (€ 55,010.44).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Two Sisters von Dang Xuan Hoa wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Modern Art Online: From Zao Wou-Ki to Le Pho bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 69.300,00 (€ 7.527,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dang Xuan Hoa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Life im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 667.500,00 (€ 55.010,44).
