The work Self-Portrait by Dang Xuan Hoa was sold in the Modern Art Online: From Zao Wou-Ki to Le Pho auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 113,400.00 (€ 12,318.18), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26%. Admittedly, works by Dang Xuan Hoa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Life in April 2008 with an auction result of HKD 667,500.00 (€ 55,010.44).

Die Arbeit Self-Portrait von Dang Xuan Hoa wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Modern Art Online: From Zao Wou-Ki to Le Pho bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 113.400,00 (€ 12.318,18) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dang Xuan Hoa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Life im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 667.500,00 (€ 55.010,44).
