Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2021 Bonhams in Hong Kong held the auction Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art Online, which included the work Family by Dang Xuan Hoa. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 63,750.00 (€ 7,091.30). Admittedly, works by Dang Xuan Hoa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Life in April 2008 with an auction result of HKD 667,500.00 (€ 55,010.44).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2021 führte Bonhams in Hong Kong die Auktion Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Family von Dang Xuan Hoa zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 63.750,00 (€ 7.091,30) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dang Xuan Hoa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Life im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 667.500,00 (€ 55.010,44).
