Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Palais des Beaux Arts, Exhibition Voici by Dan Graham was auctioned at Phillips in London in December 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 21,420.00 (€ 25,549.57), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dan Graham - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Empty Shoji Screen Pergola / Two-Way Mirror Container, which sold at auction in March 2019 for GBP 47,500.00 (€ 55,131.81).
