This artwork by Miodrag Djuric achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in December this year. In the Contemporary Art – online sale including ‘’A Lifetime Collection’’ auction, the work Chute d'un corps sold for EUR 3,024.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Miodrag Djuric achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2021 with an auction result of EUR 163,800.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Miodrag Djuric erzielte im Dezember diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art – online sale including ‘’A Lifetime Collection’’ wurde die Arbeit Chute d'un corps für EUR 3.024,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Miodrag Djuric erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 163.800,00.
