In May 2021 Grisebach held the auction Online Only 2020/2021 - Third Floor Online Only 16.4.-2.5.21, which included the work „2 Kerzen“. by Cosima von Bonin. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 625.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cosima von Bonin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work GEORGE in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 68,750.00 (€ 62,534.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2021 führte Grisebach die Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - Third Floor Online Only 16.4.-2.5.21 durch, in der auch die Arbeit „2 Kerzen“. von Cosima von Bonin zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 625,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cosima von Bonin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit GEORGE im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 68.750,00 (€ 62.534,11).
