The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 32,500.00 (€ 26,615.35) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Cornelis Beelt have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2006 the work The Departure of King Charles II From Scheveningen On The 24 May 1660 was auctioned for EUR 45,600.00.

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 32.500,00 (€ 26.615,35) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
