Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ducklings on a sunlit riverbank by Constant Artz was sold in the Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings auction at Christies in Amsterdam in February 2008. The price achieved of EUR 9,850.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Constant Artz have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in January 2002 the work Ducks and ducklings along the waterside was auctioned for EUR 11,750.00.
