In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work A gundog retreiving sold for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,189.99) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Colin Graeme Roe - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Shin-a-beg a bay horse in a phaeton, with a terrier and a pug in a stable yard, which sold at auction in June 2002 for GBP 7,637.50 (€ 11,813.48).
