Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2012 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Old Masters and 19th Century Art, which included the work Roses, tulips, anemones, irises, ranunculus, a larkspur, a hyacinth, auricula, a peony, a Crown Imperial lily and other flowers in a sculpted vase, with a snail and a bird's nest on a pedestal in a stone niche by Coenraet Roepel. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 53,800.00. Other works by Coenraet Roepel have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 61,000.00 in May 2012 for the work Violets, pink and white roses, carnations, tulips, blue morning glory, a peony, a hyacinth and various other flowers in a vase, on a stone ledge with a pupa and a snail.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2012 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Old Masters and 19th Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Roses, tulips, anemones, irises, ranunculus, a larkspur, a hyacinth, auricula, a peony, a Crown Imperial lily and other flowers in a sculpted vase, with a snail and a bird's nest on a pedestal in a stone niche von Coenraet Roepel zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 53.800,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Coenraet Roepel haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 61.000,00 im Mai 2012 für die Arbeit Violets, pink and white roses, carnations, tulips, blue morning glory, a peony, a hyacinth and various other flowers in a vase, on a stone ledge with a pupa and a snail beobachtet.
