Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 4,780.00 (€ 6,876.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Claude T. Stanfield Moore have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Houses of Parliament, Westminster in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 20,400.00 (€ 30,272.57).
