Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bracelet Bouche by Claude Lalanne was sold in the Limited Editions and Artists' Jewellery auction at Bonhams in London in June this year. The price achieved of EUR 10,240.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Claude Lalanne achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Banc Crocodiles in November 2021 with an auction result of EUR 2,432,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bracelet Bouche von Claude Lalanne wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Limited Editions and Artists' Jewellery bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.240,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Claude Lalanne erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Banc Crocodiles im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.432.500,00.
