Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Frank Zappa, Le Bourget 1974 by Claude Gassian was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in March 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,142.00. Admittedly, works by Claude Gassian have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Freddie Mercury, Paris 1984 in March 2021 with an auction result of EUR 11,970.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Frank Zappa, Le Bourget 1974 von Claude Gassian kam im März 2021 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.142,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Claude Gassian auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Freddie Mercury, Paris 1984 im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.970,00.
