Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paysage de neige, deux figures by Claude-Émile Schuffenecker was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May last year. The price achieved of GBP 2,520.00 (€ 2,964.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Claude-Émile Schuffenecker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Une Vue Des Falaises D'Étretat in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 162,500.00 (€ 188,337.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paysage de neige, deux figures von Claude-Émile Schuffenecker kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.520,00 (€ 2.964,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Claude-Émile Schuffenecker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Une Vue Des Falaises D'Étretat im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 162.500,00 (€ 188.337,87).
