In June 2006 Christies in London held the auction German and Austrian Art, which included the work Portrait Von Eva Von Arnheim by Christian Schad. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 456,000.00 (€ 659,824.40), 30% above the upper estimate. Other works by Christian Schad have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 636,000.00 (€ 942,847.17) in February 2007 for the work Frau aus Pozzuoli.

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 456.000,00 (€ 659.824,40) und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Christian Schad haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 636.000,00 (€ 942.847,17) im Februar 2007 für die Arbeit Frau aus Pozzuoli beobachtet.
